Wow, you just nuked 75% of Emeralds business. If they own the weed, they get 100% of the profit. If they contract to (whatever) with the weed which is owned by someone else, they get 25%.

And that's if the contract specifies 25%, which is probably excessive. Why, you ask?

Because there are already plenty of collectives LEGALLY growing pot for medical purposes. Why would they give EMF 25%, and risk losing 100% because EMF is not a legal enterprise and the plants may be torn up at any time?
