18 more days till the end of Q3. Last CC said major announcement within Q3. Let's hope they stick to their guns and or amend it with a proper release.

I agree, not sure why they have mentioned this big deal twice if it isnt already in the books and then why cant they announce it already?

Having been in high value sales business before I know there are all sorts of reasons the customer doesn't want you to announce your contract but there is also a legal requirement on BIEL to announce anything material and a $30m deal is material.

To be so confident they must have some sort of milestone/automatic contracting event after successful trials which they know they are going to pass or have already passed, or the buyer has a board meeting to rubber stamp the deal (but that can never be assured IMHO), or may be they just have a contract that says they cant announce it until Sept 30th?

I do know the price will drop of there is no announcement and every day we get closer the pressure mounts. next week would be ideal time to announce it.
