Not if the attempted run is against the insiders who have worked penny stocks for over 30+ years, have gagged the TA, and can issue additional shares and raise the AS at any time. You're correct, massive volume is what the insiders wish for in order to dump, but never underestimate Goldberg and his ability to pull the rug out.

The only way I know to beat them is to get a massive volume day to run them out of shares.
