I'm talking about the external capex, which has historically been about 15% of the total capex.

I think NJM meant marginal capex as provided from issuance of shares, not total capex which is of course much higher than 20m per year. So if MF is self financing, looks like the 25m by EC would cover all missing capex for 2014& 2015 with 170m shares maxed out.

Going forward, the big question is how the Mega Farm will be financed. Partner A (Chinese business men) shall Finance 30% of expected capex for phase 1. I assume that is the 60 MUSD loan that has been menthioned in the latest 10Q filings. But what about the other JV partner (Global Ocean Development). They shall provide 70% of the financing for Phase 1, that's about 140 MUSD. Will Siaf need to arrange that funding or put up With the Money themselves?



Good question HighYield I've been wondering that myself since the MF deal was announced. But now that we have EC on board I'm pretty sure they will arrange most of the necessary financing.
