Yeah, let's see, under their logic Howard can't see any documents at a company he recently lead for 20 years because he owns their stock (even though he promised not to trade during litigation) and their afraid he will get insider info. But, any politician in DC can see anything he/she wants and can own/trade the stock, but we won't ask if they are....because they can be trusted! What's wrong with this picture?

The defendant's are going to fight everything they can. It's a given.
