No ipo in sight. No certainty of $1 ipo price. And your track record shows what dilution and scheming would happen if they were silly enough to allow you to have shares in a new venture.

If they are cracking down really, they shouldn't allow it.

Also Garth, was the investigation by the SEC done before or after ICBS was BANNED from trading in Canada? Do you really think that canwealth will be issued a trading symbol while you and ICBS are banned from trading in Canada? It's doubtful that the SEC and or FINRA would overlook the NEW information of ICBS being banned. Could that be why FINRA is not issuing a trading symbol and won't!

Garth, Thank you for your posts on here. It is greatly appreciated!
May I second the suggestion of ICBS Board please consider the idea of buying back ICBT shares in the market at these low prices, as we know upon Canwealth IPO the ICBT shares will be worth considerably more pps then today!
A buyback of shares to retire would also make any pps manipulation more difficult.
