The fact is where are all those who said (2s will never be reached??? You often wonder about all the self proposed knowledge/ I know this or that bs hype)...Anyways for those who like to gamble, Now is the range to buy several million ARTR shares and let it ride for a quick flip (nothing more,,,not a long term investment,,,and no definite nothing more than a pump and dump at best)...simple flip opportunity that all...if news or updates are made by idiots at management or they get their paperwork done, then expect a 50% to 75% rise from 2s etc...get out at that point and repeat....
