Yes, I can not imagine the frustration that our Canadian brethren has. So can't blame you ... we are definitely losing out but from what I know, the Canadian financial market is a little more strict than us in the states. More scrutiny happens than they should which is good and bad ... especially bad when you have a company like gcei that is cash strap and needs to prioritize what is more important.

I would be lying if I didn't say I am also nervous. The withdraw from the form 10 was a little baffling but with help from our board members it makes me feel better that they are doing this so that they can set themselves in a better position. Guess the time line for the closure of the acquisition did not lined up with the SEC review.
All in all, I can only hope for the best as I have quite a bit tied up on this ticker. With a position currently worth close to 50k on the current pps and with a 25% in the red. have been green until recently.
