Yeah , now that you mention it he is definately showing those symptoms as well, bet there are many more that the rest of the board members have noticed. Keep them coming. We have one sick bird here!!!!!! I think if we place the tracking collar tight enough around his kneck it should reduce some of the rantings that eminate from his beak.
