Cause the paper holder that paid for the promos was being a pig and would not move off the ask all day. And when they did decide to move it was too late. You just can't sit on the ask at the open and eat 20 million shares and not budge. No promo will move with a pig paper seller.

One thing that can be noted is that they did not just start dumping on the bid.

No one knows the float. The CEO must be dumping stock. There was this huge PR blitz a few weeks back which usually precedes a dump. Nothing changes.
