Yes there was Dilution but the Dilution is needed to move the TTS-I order forward...

You know the Government grant is Matching so they need investors money as well as Insiders money to help with the funds...

You know today it was controlled because my speculation is the Private investor took up the bid unlimited to bring the new convertible debt to an absolute minimum.

You know if you saw that kind of dump into the bid we would be

MUCH MUCH LOWER...
