Me, I think its really positive... if they were just planning to close up shop then why bother.. website has been a problem for investors so I think its a good sign they are updating.

I think the company has to offer REAL contact information. Names, phone numbers, and a physical address.

Somehow I don't think the SEC will be impressed by an email link on a website.
