CA for audited fins? That actually does not make any sense at all. What possible basis could there be to keep audited fins confidential, via a CA, from the investing public...?? Other than to create a situation that could lead to a securities violation.

If you think of a reason, let us know...otherwise that would be a colossally stupid move on JR's part for a variety of reasons.

Form 10 with audited financials filed on EDGAR.

Subsequent 10Qs generated, along with a 10K.

MM sponsors a 211. Maybe even successfully.

The brand new KMAGinary path being suggested:

Form 10 with audited financials never filed.

Audited financials can't be released because of a "confidentiality agreements of sorts", where the MM demands the audited financials not be released. Another market first.

MM sponsors a KMAGinary 211, which never appears.

How convenient...
