That's not the point. The point that most are ignoring because of all the negativity here and strong emotion is that the MMs want this to go up today. They aren't dumping it down like they have done, this is being worked up and up. It's a sign that we might have a chance. Maybe a slim one but a chance nonetheless. If today was just about a dump (as usual), then we'd have been held down and dumped into oblivion.
The only hits to the bid look like retail to me. That's probably why the bid is staying light. When it grows, people are dumping and slowing it down.
Best thing to do when you see action like this forming is sit back and watch.
