The number of outstanding shares of the registrant’s Common Stock on August 12, 2014 was 1,190,287,218

As of the RS on May 12, 2014, NEOM had 332 million shares outstanding. That means in only 3 months NEOM's outstanding shares increased 3.5 times.

I suspect NEOM is approaching 2 billion outstanding today.
