Tryoty,

That can vary greatly depending on the region. However, in Equatorial Guinea they have some of the best porosity (between 25 & 32%). This should be similar to that as it is all the niger delta and it would be sandstone as it is deposits from a river. Sandstone can be tight also but generally is greater than 12% porosity and in the case of the area I am familiar with out there it is quite abit higher. 20% would be a good estimate with possible some surprise to the upside.

Limestone and dolomite are the other type of reservoir rock and is typically very low porosity (1-10%).

This area should be all sandstone.
