Even 3.2 to 4 billion and adding is still way too much. You are correct, it can only show a maximum of what they had Authorized at the time. But maxing this number out and asking for more is ridiculous ! People read the filings and are not fooled by this shell game.
Authorizing billions, reverse split and repeat.
They ADDED 2 BILLION to the O/S's last Quarter. This Quarter, they maxed out all they could per the A/S's. Then they got greedy and made the pot 25 Billion shares.
So now the public expects more O/S's each Q. No wonder the price is headed in the wrong direction.
That is why the Q will always spark a selloff. Low sub count and billions of shares is not a healthy combination.
It is not for a deal with CC. JF timed the filing so that he could SELL into the CC news for GZFX cash. Just like he has always done. The double PR.
JF could have waited a day or so and shareholders could have been rewarded by CC news. But no, JF sold into the news and made the 25 Billion shares public just before the CC news. He halted the rally 2 fold. By the share count news and then selling for cash.
Tell me that you think the 1.3 billion day on CC news had nothing to do with GZFX and GG.
