Yep .... Someone did... TRTC made it clear in the S-1 update. They knew what was coming , others chose to talk about the "original" plan... Which was changed as TRTC needed the money....
Sad.... But it is out there for anyone to read!!! If they choose too.
Svision is clouded, MC&P is inaccurate, D hype is gone.... This is about money right now.... TRTC needed it, Dominion gave it..... At a price.... Shareholders are feeling it...
