A/S SHARE INCREASE WILL DRIVE THIS BACK WHERE IT BELONGS. MATTER OF TIME..WATCH AND LEARN....UNLESS THIS THING BRINGS IN $$$$$$$$ MEANING PHYSICAL CONTRACTS...NO WAY JOSE THIS WILL GO ANYWHERE...AND BY THE WAY..MANY TRUCK DRIVERS ARE OK WITH DIESEL FUEL. NO NEED TO CHANGE...IMAGING YOU ARE ON THE ROAD AND ELECTIRCAL POWER IS GONE..AND WHATEVER OTHER POWER IS LEFT IN IT..MEANWHILE GAS STATION IS RIGHT THERE..AND YOU CAN'T EVEN USE GAS STATION AND YOU ARE STILL HUNDREDS OF MILES AWAY FROM DESTINATION AND YOU ARE STRANDED. AND THEN COMPANY LOSES CONTRACT WITH DISTRIBUTION BECAUSE THEY WERE LATE FOR THEIR DESTINATION...WHAT ABOUT MECHANICAL COSTS? NOT MANY MECHANICS ABLE TO FIX NEW TECHNOLOGY IF IT BREAKS....SO MANY ISSUES.....SO MUCH HEADACHE!!! NO WAY THIS WILL WORK.. MAYBE IN 20 YEARS.... ALL IN MY OPIONION...VIIC

VIIC can't even update us with a PRESS RELEASE about current company progress...so let me get this straight...this PPS went up based on THEORY and NO ACTUAL $$$$$$$$ CONTRACT(S). HA! Forget about it! NEXT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The shares are not 'out there' I just want to make sure that as an Investor I do everything in my power to take the issue off the table. I am not looking for a lottery ticket, I want this company that I have been part owner of for 3 years to do very well, I am trying to secure my future and the A/S issue to 10 billion rests very heavily on my mind.

They are seeking otherethods of finance. And quite frankly they have a developed proven alternative fuel tranport vehicle. They will be bought out or granted money long long long before they go away again. Alternative energy is hitting a catalyst point and going to be rammed down our throats whether yiu want it or not. This company has a lot going for it AND thinks they can get out of trouble without raising AS.

We will see, but this company is real and has a highly devolped and soon highly sought after type of product

It can't "suddenly" come through. Can we just sticky a thread already with the two dead horses that are beaten tirelessly everyday as if no one were aware:

A. Their ledger
B. Increase in A/S

A/S increase didn't happen and won't happen for a reason, but anyone is free to believe what they want. All signs point to the ledger looking flush real soon, but anyone is free to believe what they want. Can we close the book on this now?
