A couple comments on your excellent post.

From your analysis, it looks they've shorted an extra 100M or so. That should bring the total shorted to neearing 250M shorted. That half of the AS.

Quick correction - Loftworks is not a company < 1 year old. They've just been trading publicly for less than a year.
