Clearly the answer to all your questions is a resounding NO

He provides just enough information periodically, to string investors along, here is a list of his failures: Trimax, Southern, Lockwood, 2 court cases(Trimax and Lockwood), Lockwood dividend, a reverse split and a never ending set of delays(excuses) becoming itron compliant. I am sure i missed a few but, that is his track record.

Sadly Dadx it seems your words will fall on deaf ears/blond eyes. We can continue to expect more ignoring, discounting and putting aside of shareholders' concerns. He isn't the first and won't be the last such CEO sadly.
