Given this is the third time round for the TEMN/TEXX/Emperial Americas/Top Shelf scam, I suspect you are right: Alonzo Pierce is indeed a recidivist career criminal.

Hopefully the regulator or another agency will step in to end this charade before too many more people get defrauded by Pierce and his allies.
