I doubt he knows the difference. Very, very few pinksheets ever produce genuinely audited financials. But almost every one of them makes the promise that they are coming. The last thing a pinksheet CEO wants is full disclosure of finances.
Same with share buybacks. And dividends. And acquisitions.
There is apparently a playbook that these guys all carry around with them. I see you've been on Ihub since 2007. You've seen this crap before, I am sure.
Joel was an IT manager - I'm sure he had system audits and understands the difference. If we don't get and he does not understand the difference I have concerns -IMO
If he delivers AUDITED statements find money and invest as this man is true and is going to take this company to new levels - again IMO
