I would assume he didn't or has been working on the PR for the LOI that's tomorrow morning. I don't mind waiting, it shows that we are getting real audited financials which are a big deal. If they weren't audited I would be worried about why so long a wait but since they are it takes time and CPA has the responsibility now he can't do much more but wait just like we have to.

Audits take time that's part of the reason I'm not in this at the moment...
