#73852 RE: FastEddie911 #73851

Doing everything in his power to make mmr a success? Somehow giving himself and his ceo compensation packages that are almost twice as much as the total revenues of the company would seem to contradict that statement.

From the latest amended 10-K, a few stick-it-to-the-shareholder items. Do people know that:

lorsch's salary was $339,916 + $100,000 bonus + $125,000 incentive + $36,000 car allowance + $24,000 life insurance policy for a total compensation of $625,262

the highly compensated cfo's salary was $191,500 + $100,000 bonus + $125,000 incentive for a total of $416,500.

So lorsch and cfo compensation for 2013 = $1,041,762 vs. total revenues for 2013= $587,305. Big salaries, bonuses, 6 figure incentives all for sticking huge ongoing losses, dilution and a stock price under 3 cents in the little guy shareholder's butt. A bit insincere on lorsch's part, wouldn't you say? See pages 7-8; page 5-6 for the directors rewards for approving those salaries and bonuses.
