Jack, if you don't mind too much, would you go ahead and get me that contact info for Telvue's legal department so I can contact them as you requested. Thanks in advance.

Thanks Jack for the contact information for the corporate counsel but I did not need it as the company provided me with the information I needed. Telvue would prefer shareholders not to contact the outside counsel because of the costs that might be incurred by Telvue, so I honored that request.

It is encouraging the Telvue is so cost conscious.

I think it is probably best to continue to keep the identity of the outside counsel private and not share that information with others who may not have the best interests of Telvue, or Telvue investors, in mind.

Again, thanks for all your efforts.

How do you know which votes were legit and which were shorted, illegal, marker only votes?? Why only legit shares, how do you know the shares you own are legit?? Seems many claim there are no more shares available and only markers being sold, and yet all the shares the longs hold are "legit". Interested to know how you can tell the difference. Maybe those evil shorts voted for it as well, hide the positive cash flow as preached by some so the shorting is that much more easier. Seems like a good strategy. 100 dollars down to 3 back up to 30 shorted back down to 10 now back up, seems those short are making a killing in Telvue stock all because they are dark. Of course we know there is no short position, but you knew that.

As for the legal department, misstatements are easy to make, and understandable sometimes, but cost cutting measures by not having shareholders contact their legal rep? Sounds like Telvue is in trouble if they are telling shareholders not to contact their counsel for fear of a bill. Still waiting on my NDA, wonder what's wrong.
