I like that he put $300k of his own money into the company. That shows his complete confidence in what he is doing and that he is sure this company will be a success. I mean that is very rare in the OTC markets and mostly unheard of. He could have just used dilution and could have avoided all risk to him personally, but he chose to go this route for the benefit of the shareholders. People need to wake up and understand the facts and see what the CEO is doing on behalf of investors and how confident he is about the success of this company as they move into the CBD arena with their unprecedented approach that will guarantee them a big piece of the action in this highly profitable sector.
