Split breakdown --- first 2 happened when the company was under a different name and management. The 3rd did happen under the ACGX name and current management but was quickly realized by Sorkin that it was not beneficial to anyone. Sorkin as a follow up voiced in the conference call 03/17/14 that there were no intentions or another split.
