so do i, but when insiders own the vast majority of the OS they have a great deal of flexibility w/r/t capital structure. if they wanted this to run to .05 or higher, issuing themselves preferred shares in exchange for some commons, for example, would tighten the OS substantially.
it'll be interesting to see how this unfolds.
