what if insiders fiddle with the share structure. think about it -- they own over 900M shares.

one of the last PRs said they were well on their way to their goal of 500 bopd, which is a lot of oil.

what if the insiders collectively retired shares to the OS and the flow rates are as good as we're thinking?

i see a nickel in that scenario.

how many times have we seen a share retirement PR during a massive run from trips to pennies? it's part of the OTC playbook now. ;-)
