To my knowledge, there has not been any announcement that this has or is happening. There were some shares issued to settle and close out the IR deal, but outside of that...I'm not aware of it. Although, I wonder if you know something the rest of us don't? :)
There has been considerable speculation as to what is being done or will be done. By the same token, I am speculating that the company is working toward eventually getting rid of the toxic debt at the right time.
When the re-stated audited Q1 report hits us we can take a look at the Accurate specifics on the subject matter
My reasonable guess is that the conversions will not happen till the prices are considerably higher than where they are at now. The stock is just over one tenth of a cent and these said entities know whats coming in the Q4 for instance and beyond. I expect much activity all to the positive in Q4 and consequential Higher valuations
