Matt if you start a company and have 4 co-owners you split the revenues in 4 or 25% ---

if you add 4 owners now you only get 12.5% of profits -- The same happens when the company dilutes SHARES.. No matter who the ShareHolders are?? Insiders, Institutions, open market, us the little guys etc.. the value of the company was reduced in 1/2
