Agreed! RI*H has O/S 30B! and ran to $0.003 this year. INAR has a much lower O/S of 7B. This is the entry point if people don't want to chase when the ballots results come out in a few States in early November, 2014. I believe those who have loaded quietly are waiting patiently for this much anticipated rally.GLTA.
