Murryhill, come on now i read this board then and i dont think people are as gullible as that and if they did buy based on an e-mail campaign or message board posts or momentum and lost money then it was their risk and responsibility. I think, at the time, it looked like the RIAA would take up technology company offerings of a secure multi format multi-drm solution to napster. it looked like they would make a business of it and not spend the next 3 years offering only law suits. you cant deny edig had some strong associations with IBM and Lucent and was getting good mentions by TI. yes, edig was essentially TI and lucents and intels customer but they had just as much an interest in our success as theirs. our success was expected to be theirs. only MP3 has been needed and drms are not being used. in fact there was no real downloading industry created. thus edig was not needed to a large expent and it is reflected in the shareprice. times are changing and edig will prosper. suck it up if you lost money.

JimC - if you are still out there...this appears to be slander to me. murayhill is claiming you attempted to decieve many - sounds like an accusation of an SEC violation. Can this joker prove any of this? He has been bashing the company for a long time now. I will e-mail you his post. I have copied it because it could be eliminated from this board. You may want to look into legal action if you feel mh cannot prove what he is stating you did./

murrayhill...You have your dates mixed up. August 2000 low was $3.31 and the high was $4.38. The largest increase in any one day was August 17 which closed at $4.03, up .72 from $3.31.
