NOLs are not going anywhere. All the case studies I read on the "EXCHANGE" the creditors exchanged the remaining claims for shares of the reorganized NOL company. If they dont agree to it as the end game that means the creditors are leaving money on the table.
Joestocks thinks they will leave negate the 55 billion in NOLs rather than benefit from it. I dont understand why he will say such a thing.
The odds are with all other NOL companies in the past, is they will EXCHANGE the allowed claims for a % of the NOL company and have all allwed claims deemed satisfactory and then exit the BK. That is the minimal we will get for the CTs IMO with history on my side....go figure
