Makmann doesn't know what he's talking about, or he's lying, or he's ignorant, probably all three.

The question isn't whether or not the email came from him, who cares?

The question is, how can he or anyone claim that Emerald, clearly growing more than 25 plants - is on the right side of the law?

I only prefaced with "if" because I didn't personally get Makmann's email. Not to mention that you posted what appears to be the contents of your email with Makmann's answers added, not Makmann's email per se.

Personally, I fail to comprehend any reason to contact CEOs. They cannot by law tell a person anything material that they haven't stated publicly. The only thing one gains from a response is confirmation that someone is answering their emails.

"Confirmation" of a successful and profitable for QEDN harvest will come mid-November and that only to the extent that unaudited OTCMarket filings can be believed.

Which means this fairy tale has a full two months to play out yet.
