$2500-minimun--I have Fidelity-and like it.
There was a recent change in rules reguarding CE stocks.You cannot buy them! IMO it is just a matter of time before the remaing brokers follow their lead.
In addition, you can trade up to 9,999,999 shares per trade-commission 7.75. Be sure to check the trades fees w/other brokers. And commissions--think Etrade has the best.
Be sure to call whoever you pick.
