P21 - i did not listen to webcast but the slides do not mention P21

Someone like Karin should get more details on these numbers from Leo. This will tell us if P21 testing was dine for 6-7-8 and how long it takes.

For opinion builders such as Gina Kolata (Race for P53) this is important

- on multiple trials planned - I agree with u, too much on plate and not sure where money can come

Actual wording of slide:

P21 increased > 10% in 6 out of 14 patients at relatively low doses of Kevetrin


Last year the wording was:

Kevetrin activated p21 in 4 of 5 patients ...

So, my view is that K may have activated p21 in more than the 6 of 14 as shown on the slide, but some were below the 10% threshold. Perhaps it was 11 of 12 that showed "activation".

This particular slide (2014, slide #4) also has the DF & BI logo at the bottom. I believe that CTIX cleared this slide and all K related content of this presentation with DF & BI and they approved this.

What level of P21/P53 activation is needed/desired?
Why /how was 10% selected as the threshold?
