Hi, franchising contracts expired. I highly suggest listening to the conference call UPZS had a couple weeks ago to get an idea of the direction of the company. First 10 mins are slow but don't let that stop you from listening to the whole thing. There is a very clear plan in place with multiple channels of revenue if they execute. The frozen pizza part being the most impressive part due to Dr. reddy's ability to make high quality cheese flavors much faster and less costly than the competitors can.

Entire company revenue for the year is $0.

The debate is if they will be able to launch future stores/franchises
