first of all if one bought at 3 and you can't sell at 4, thus your in a trap, and this stock jumps, how can one get caught with there pants down.
i have acumulated a lot of shares and put some shares i don't care about to sell at 4 just to test whhere sells are and it has not even gone through and its been 2 weeks.
