Good question that I don't know the answer. I would think there would be an expansion of the cohort to confirm safety, if it proves to be an efficacious dose. One hint that the high dose is expected to be efficacious against select solid tumors is Leo's statement that they are already planning a Phase 2 described in that way. I suspect pancreatic cancer might be one since there is no treatment for it, and in mouse studies K was effective against it at higher doses.
