But, probably not because of a DLT, which would force the 10th cohort to confirm 215 mg/m2 as the MTD. My guess is what some else suggested: declare successful and safe high doses without a DLT and then move on to Phase 1b combination trials and Phase 2/3 trials against advanced stage select solid tumors.
