At the moment it does. I got in at .0027 2M shares, but have little to give away would like to add a mil at .001. 52 week high is what .0066 on the next run look to break .01 Take profits in March. Buy in Sept. Repeat until cannabis is delisted off the Controlled Substance List. Then hold on to all your shares because the mother of all bubbles will begin and it will make the dot.com bubble seem like a fart. IMHO
