The whole year trading volumes together is only about 443,127,600 shares based on the average daily volume. Easy to explode 5-bagger or more from here to hit 0.001x...

The previous high was 0.01 back in August of 2012 (see the Three Years Chart link below)!

Why did anyone still want to sell the cheap shares at the new bottom price 0.0002? Anyway those lucky 0.0001s buyers already sold at 0.0002s!

Folks, please help PCLI board to make more request to add the stock symbol "PCLI" to the database of stockcharts.com from the link below in order to get the high quality chart! I had already done so.
