Why wouldn't Buffet [sic] buy RSH? He buys businesses with fat margins (like RSH used to enjoy) and "moats" (his famous term) to protect those margins from competition.
With over 50% of RSH's business from cell phones, their margins are much thinner, they have tons of competition and the moat has dried up. And then there's the little matter of online completion.
RSH is uniquely vulnerable to web competition. What remains is some "quick shop" business in things like cables and batteries. Trivial.
