NITE & ETRADE are retail MM's bro. Companies don't dilute or Convert Debt through Etrade and NITE. just a fyi so you know what to look for in the future.
Standard buying and selling through retail channels is not dilution, it's called trading.....
SYNJ is a solid buy at this PPS, this is typical churn before a run. Churning in the pennies generally creates high volume as the pps rises just because there are so many available shares at this pps....
even with a low floater like this we will see the volume 5-10x the float.
