Bruce Cohen worked for SH before he became involved with Viropro. He was drafted by SH to replace CT when they decided to replace CT for whatever reason SH had. At that time Bruce Cohen knew absolutely nothing about Viropro. SH just said, here is company we control. We want you to take it over. We put you on Board as 5th Director. We own the other 2 Directors. You join Board and at first Board meeting there is 3:2 vote to make you Chairman and CEO. Bruce Cohen: sounds good to me.
