quite possibly. maybe we'll get a news blitz a week or two before they are free-trading.
i've never seen anything like this, in terms of the massive equity stakes owned by insiders.
it also looks like the oil assets were purchased entirely with stock, which is about as shareholder friendly as it gets. but why not, since they own the whole company. why not do it all correctly. ;-)
