No verifiable proof that kmag is being investigated or scrutinized by the govt agenices any longer. The fact that the 2 year anniversary of its unfounded suspension(which was done as a cursory investigative step) and subsequently to trade again with the allowable time frame albeit on the gray market, where alleged scam companies go to die. Yet kmag is still trading, has not yet fallen into the abyss. So KMAG continues to add revenues soon to be released in some form or another, grow client base,(see pending revenue documentation) and add business partnerships see released social media information.So while none of this has yet been confirmed on one side , the idea that it is a scam stock is un verifiable as well. IMO of course. Always going to be two sides to any argument or belief. Make your informed choice and go forward!
