ORDER
On August 13, 2014, the court entered an order requiring the parties in the above-captioned case to file a joint status report setting forth their respective positions regarding the date by which jurisdictional discovery should be completed. The parties have now filed that submission, and accordingly, jurisdictional discovery shall be completed by Friday, March 27, 2015. If the need for additional time should arise, the parties shall file the appropriate motion. Further, as outlined in the court’s July 16, 2014 opinion and order, if plaintiffs believe that a second phase of discovery is warranted, they shall file the appropriate motion. Finally, the parties shall file a joint status report (“JSR”) suggesting future proceedings in this case by no later than Monday, April 13, 2015.
